the room was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. What made my experience truly special was David himself. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His hospitality and helpfulness made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed chatting with other travelers in the morning, exchanging stories and tips about the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

I recently stayed at David's hostel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. David was a great host, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful local tips. The location of the hostel, although not in the city center, was actually a plus for me. It was easy to reach by public transportation and being in a local neighborhood gave it a unique charm. The hostel itself was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

We had an incredible stay at a very friendly hostel in Aswan. the owner, David, went above and beyond by picking us up from the train station and organizing a reasonably priced transportation to Abu Simbel. David's kindness and support made us feel at home, and the fellow travelers staying at the hostel were also very friendly. David provided helpful tips to save money while exploring Aswan and even helped us organize a Nile cruise to Luxor at a great price. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property 😊.

The hostel had a very helpful team who provided fair prices for tours and other services. the individual rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, with hot water showers. the hostel also had a pleasant atmosphere.
The bunk beds were poorly constructed and extremely shaky. the showers provided only cold water, which was not pleasant after a long day of sightseeing.

The hostel had clean bathrooms, a quiet and homely ambiance, good WiFi, and a heavy breakfast. Mr David was an exceptional host, providing valuable advice and arranging affordable tours and deals for guests. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable for young families.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

This hostel is the only one in town and it's a great place to meet fellow travelers. The host is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with any needs. The breakfast provided is above average for hostels in Egypt. the hostel has a spacious bathroom and a social area for guests to hang out.
The mattresses could be improved and the bedding could be better. the hostel is located in the basement of a residential building, which may not be ideal for some guests.

During our stay at David Hostel, we had a fantastic time exploring the real Aswan. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of friendly locals. We were able to easily find small supermarkets and fresh produce shops nearby, which made it convenient for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Our double room on the first floor was comfortable and clean. David, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He organized a wonderful day trip to Abu Simbel for us and even took care of our laundry without any charge. The best part was the affordable price of this accommodation compared to others in Aswan. I highly recommend this place for its friendly host, convenient location, and great value.
